Sorry I’ve been m.i.a. final papers and final exams have been kicking my butt. BUT I had to post for May 4th because Star Wars Day! Check out my Princess Leia inspired look.
Space buns were a must because of Leia’s iconic buns, I just don’t have enough hair to make them that big. Space buns are super easy to do. You start off with pigtails and twist the hair then wrap them around the scrunchie. Lastly, you secure them with bobby pins and you’re done.
When I thought of doing a Leia inspired outfit for May 4th I was going to wear this dress, but I didn’t have it on campus. So instead I wore a mock neck crop top, which I bought from Forever 21 a while ago. I paired it off with earthy green harem pants and crisscross sandals that I would think Leia would wear if she was on Dagobah.
Make up:
I decided to go neutral with my make up. I used the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette ($54). On my lid I used ‘Dust’ and ‘Factory’ on my crease.
My lashes are Ardell’s Demi Wispies Black and I topped it off with Benefit’s Roller Lash Mascara ($24).
