When I think fall I think warm colors, trees, and overalls. My two favorite seasons, which I have probably mentioned a thousand times on this blog, are Spring and Fall because it’s that in-between weather.

If you’re in New York City this weekend (April 12-15) and you’re a beauty lover, then you MUST go to the Sunday Riley’s Pop Up located at 201 Mulberry Street! It is filled with fun photo ops, freebies, and a slide with a ball pit! Head below to check out my experience.
Photos are entirely taken by me and my friend Mahashree Rajendran

I got the L’Oréal VOLUMINOUS® X Fiber Mascara for free for testing purposes via Influenster. Influenster is a great platform that connects consumers with brands to test and review products. They send products in boxes called VoxBoxes, and this is my 4th one. Check out my review of the Lucky VoxBox here.

With this New York cold it’s hard to look cute and warm at the same time, BUT there’s this little thing I love called layering. Layering is my best friend during these frigid months. Especially when I want to wear my Spring/Summer favorites.

Fall and winter is when I tap into the darker side of my closet and dark florals are my weakness for this season.

I received this box of absolutely FREE products from Influenster. Influenster is a great platform that connects consumers with brands to test and review products. It takes in account your followers on social media, but if you don’t have many followers don’t feel discouraged. I know people without many followers still getting sent these boxes. This is my third and I signed up back in July. Head below to see what I got!
Wonder Woman was the first female superhero I saw as a kid. I watched a lot of TV Land/Nick @ Night during my summers in Honduras since it was the only thing in English on TV. There I saw the Wonder Woman TV Show and then later back in the states I would watch the Justice League animated series. Though I prefer Marvel, she has always had a special place in my heart. Naturally, when I saw that Luxie came out with these brushes I just HAD TO HAVE THEM. (note if you don’t want to read there is a video on my review at the end of the post or click here to view it)

It’s my favorite month of the year, OCTOBER! Three big things happen in October: New York Comic Con, my sister’s birthday, and HALLOWEEN (aka the best holiday ever). If you haven’t followed me for a while you will notice that I love to cosplay in addition to my regular fashion looks. I’ll try to post twice a week in October to give you both fashion ideas and costume ideas for the month, but don’t kill me if I can’t.

A while back I posted about a look featuring local clothing brand, Bronx Native. Since then they have been featured on local news, blogs, and even made it in The New York Times; both owners are in their early 20s and have accomplished so much.
I have been MIA the past couple weeks because I was planning my wonderful sister’s baby shower and getting ready for New York Comic Con. BUT I’M BACK and just in time for the first days of fall.
