Fashion: Striped and Layered

With this New York cold it’s hard to look cute and warm at the same time, BUT there’s this little thing I love called layering. Layering is my best friend during these frigid months. Especially when I want to wear my Spring/Summer favorites.

It’s my favorite month of the year, OCTOBER! Three big things happen in October: New York Comic Con, my sister’s birthday, and HALLOWEEN (aka the best holiday ever). If you haven’t followed me for a while you will notice that I love to cosplay in addition to my regular fashion looks. I’ll try to post twice a week in October to give you both fashion ideas and costume ideas for the month, but don’t kill me if I can’t.

Fashion: Bronx Native Pop-Up

A while back I posted about a look featuring local clothing brand, Bronx Native. Since then they have been featured on local news, blogs, and even made it in The New York Times; both owners are in their early 20s and have accomplished so much.
