Last weekend I was supposed to go to Jazz Fest in Rhode Island, but couldn’t find a place to stay there. Instead my boyfriend and I headed to Philadelphia, PA.

We stayed at an amazing Airbnb in West Philadelphia, which was walking distance from shops and restaurants/bars. It was my first time using Airbnb, but I don’t regret it!
Since we were expecting to arrive late Friday, I decided to dress for a night out. As I said in my last fashion post “Culottes Vacation,” I’m obsessed with wide legged culottes. I got these on Zaful for $13.99 and I paired them with a tank top from Brandy Melville and my favorite Manolos.
The first night we went to the Dock Street Brewery for dinner and we decided to eat outside. Across the street at Cedar Park there was a jazz concert going on. Every Friday at Cedar Park in West Philly there’s a jazz performance everyone from the neighborhood goes out and listens to live music. This added to the atmosphere as we ate; my boyfriend ate a small margherita pizza (I had a bite it was good) and I ate a burger which wasn’t the best but was good.
We ended up going to the park for a little bit to watch the performances. We then walked around the neighborhood and even walked all the way to UPenn.
The next couple of days I will blog about what I did and what I wore while in Philly. This weekend I’m going to St. Louis.
Makeup:
For this look I decided to go with a simple wing and nude lipstick.
For eyeliner I used the Kat Von D Ink liner in ‘Trooper’ ($20). The mascara I have been using is the It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara ($24), which I got in my ipsy bag and Sephora Play box.
On my lips I used Tarte’s Lip Paint in ‘Rosé’ ($20), which I also got in my ipsy bag.
