Beauty: ColourPop ‘Yes, Please!’ Palette – Swatch, Look, Review

Head down below for the swatches, eye look, and review of the ColourPop ‘Yes, Please!’ Palette.

When I saw this palette I was like “Yes, please let me have it!” I got it during it’s first release. I had never tried any of the ColourPop pressed shadows and I was pleasantly surprised with how pigmented and smooth they were. They are also blendable, which their Supershock Shadows aren’t.

The palette retails for $16 and contains 12 eyeshadows, which is a super deal. The only downside in my opinion is the white packaging because it gets dirty really quickly. Another personal downside is that it does not have a mirror. I love palettes with mirrors.

(Top to Bottom) – Descriptions taken from the

Full-Zip: matte warm ivory
Big Cocktails: matte orange
Champs: matte pale peachy nude
Bling: metallic rust
Louie: metallic duochrome red with a gold flip
Butter Cake: metallic pale yellow gold
Spoiled: matte brick red
Gno: matte burnt orange
Mischief: matte warm yellow
Note to Self: matte warm caramel
Chauffeur: metallic duochrome bright orange with a gold flip
French Kiss: matte deep red brown

As a base I used ‘Full Zip.’ In my crease I used ‘Big Cocktails.’ On my lid I used both ‘French Kiss’ and ‘Chauffeur.’

In my inner corner and my brow bone I used ‘Butter Cake.’

On my water line I used Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner in ‘Corrupt’ ($20). The mascara I used was Superhero Elastic Volumizing Mascara ($24)
