Something you may or may not know about me is that I love Pokemon! When, I was little I only communicated in pikas with my mom. I still play Pokemon GO, YES I KNOW NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE PLAY ANYMORE. I have cosplayed as Pikachu and Ivysaur and now I decided to protect the world from devastation with this Team Rocket inspired outfit.
Shout out to my cosplay partner in crime, Krystel, for lending me her Pink City ‘Rocket Jersey,’ for this outfit. I paired the jersey with a mini skirt to make the illusion as if the jersey were a dress.
Everywhere I look I see fishnet stockings used under jeans, shorts, and I have even seen fishnet ankle socks. So it’s safe to say fishnet stockings are on trend. I got a pack of 4 stockings via Amazon, each one is a different hole size. For this outfit the biggest holes looked better than the smaller and medium sized holes. As any good New Yorker would I finished my outfit with some heeled Timbs.

Since Team Rocket are the villains I chose smoky colors to use on my eyes, but not doing a smoky eye. I used ‘Dagger,’ ‘Password,’ and ‘Thirteen’ from the Urban Decay Smoky Palette. For my lips I chose my favorite red lipstick Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Mat Lipstick in M401 ‘Hot Red’ ($22).
