New Year and new looks, but same old city
New Years Eve was one for the books! The next day I was hoping to check out art galleries in Chelsea but to my dismay all of them were closed. I know it’s common knowledge things are closed on New Year’s Day but I had a bit of hope that something may have been open.
I dressed up for the first day of the new year. The shirt I got as a Christmas present, but it’s from Lulus. The skirt I got a while ago and it’s from Oak + Fort.
Makeup:
I went for a reddish brown makeup look. I used Kat Von D’s Shade + Light Eye Contour Quad in ‘Rust’ ($22) for my crease and brow bone. On my lid I used ‘Zuri’ from Juvias Place’s Nubian 2nd Edition Palette ($29.99). For mascara I used Too Faced Better Than Sex, which I got from my Ipsy bag subscription (referral link). To top off the look I used Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lip in ‘Leo’ ($18).
