All this Pokemon Go hype put me in a Pokemon mood. For this week I did a tutorial for my Pikachu Cosplay. (This is my first ever makeup tutorial so its not perfect I’ve also been breaking out a lot but I really wanted to put this out there I hope you all enjoy). Head below for the video.

If you don’t want to watch the video, down below is a walkthrough of the process.

On my lid I used the NYX Primal Colors in ‘Hot Yellow’ ($5), its super pigmented and I love it.

I used a black from the BH Cosmetics 120 Palette’s First Edition ($16) for my crease, I also used a red from the palette for my inner corner.

I blended out the black using the ‘Highlight’ Color from the Kat Von D Shade & Light Eye Contour ‘Sage’ ($26)

On my lashes I used the Benefit Roller Lash Mascara and the Ardell Demi Wispies.

For the Pikachu cheeks I used Colour Pop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in ‘Silhouette,’ which they don’t sell anymore but ‘Creeper’ is very similar to it ($6).

I recently wore this cosplay for AnimeNEXT last month. I had a lot of fun at the con, it was my first ever anime convention and first ever convention I went to that wasn’t in New York City. Here are some photos that were taken of me that day. If you want the full cosplay walkthrough click here.

If you would like to support my cosplays and blog please donate to my Ko-Fi https://www.ko-fi.com/okarinaoftime all proceeds will go towards content creation and cosplays.
